Studio Bodini was established in the late 1980s on the initiative of professor Leonardo Bodini who had a clear vision: to offer a specialised service to a select number of ambitious entrepreneurs while also providing strategic support.

Alongside his work as a Chartered Accountant, Prof. Bodini spent over a decade teaching training courses organised by banking institutions, including at national level, focusing on financial statement analysis for predicting insolvencies.

This experience, gained in collaboration with Prof. Roberto Cappelletto, who supervised his degree course thesis, contributed to developing a distinctive expertise in identifying the right sources of financing for businesses. Today, this area is more crucial than ever, not only for managing day-to-day operations, but also for supporting growth strategies, such as acquiring competing or partnership companies, be they operational or financial.
